In the field of electronics, rectifier bridge as a power component is widely used in various power devices.

1. Definition
The rectifier bridge is to seal the rectifier tube into one shell, which is divided into full bridge and half bridge. The full bridge is sealed by four diodes connected to the bridge rectifier circuit. Half bridge is the half of the two diode bridge rectifier together, with two half bridge to form a bridge rectifier circuit, a half bridge can also form a transformer with the center of the full wave rectifying circuit, the rectifier bridge to take into account the rectifier circuit and the working voltage.

Two. The principle of work
The rectifier bridge is mainly composed of four diodes to realize the transformation of the input AC voltage to the output DC voltage.

The four main heating components in the bridge are diodes, which are divided into two groups, which are placed on the copper pins of DC output respectively. There are two copper plates connected to the copper plate of the DC output pin, which are connected to the input pin (AC input wire) to form the full wave rectifying bridge with four external connector pins that we see in appearance. As the series of rectifying bridges are plastic packaging structures, the aforementioned diodes, pin copper plates, connecting copper plates, and connecting wires are filled with epoxy resin as an insulating and conductive skeleton filling material. However, the thermal conductivity of epoxy resin is low (usually at 0.35 W/m, the highest is 2.5 W/m), so the junction resistance of the bridge is generally larger (usually at 1.0~10 /W).
